InfoBay.AI Crosses Rs 100 Crore Revenue Milestone with Rs 50 Crore PAT, Expands Global AI Infrastructure Footprint
InfoBay.AI crosses Rs 100 crore revenue and Rs 50 crore PAT in FY 2025-26, achieving 10x growth in two years. The Lucknow-based AI infrastructure platform expands across five countries, strengthens leadership, and builds advanced AI capabilities through proprietary data assets, multimodal technology and global scaling initiatives.
The company’s Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased threefold, while the platform achieved a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) of 140%-160% during the last fiscal year. The growth trajectory has been supported by a structural Gross Margin of over 80%, reflecting the scalability of its software infrastructure business model.
InfoBay.AI has expanded its presence across five countries, including India, Indonesia, Kenya, the Philippines and Uganda, as part of its broader expansion strategy to enter 14 countries by 2027. To support its global growth plans, the company has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer, VP-Global Sales and R&D Manager. These strategic leadership additions are aimed at enhancing governance capabilities and supporting international enterprise expansion.
"AI is here to dominate, pivoting to a mission-critical AI-infrastructure platform, InfoBay.AI, is in line with our commitment to playing an even bigger role in India's growth story. It is also a testament to our unwavering belief in continuous evolution to cater to the changing needs of the industry. We are among the most profitable AI-powered companies in India, powering half of the world's frontier labs," said Rohit Manglik, Founder & CEO, InfoBay.AI.
"InfoBay's success is founded on a strategic evolution that converted EduGorilla’s legacy assets into proprietary AI infrastructure. It is not merely a rebranding; it is a sophisticated asset-repurposing strategy that leverages years of building complex STEM and reasoning content into structured data that now fuels the TIBET engine and provides a unique "reasoning trace" foundation for AI-driven models. The team structure and operations are now entirely aligned with this structurally superior, pure-play AI mandate," he added.
InfoBay.AI’s proprietary Asset Layer now includes a large repository of structured data comprising 2 million de-identified medical patient records and 34 million vertical videos. The company has also developed an expanded linguistic advantage with audio coverage in 40 languages and educational data available in 15 languages.
The platform is actively using multimodal capabilities across video, audio and text to develop deeper, vertical-specific datasets in adjacent high-value domains, including Physical AI. Its technology strategy focuses on strengthening proprietary capabilities and building specialised datasets for mission-critical AI applications.
As InfoBay.AI continues its expansion journey, the company remains focused on establishing itself as a Mission-Critical AI Infrastructure Platform. Its expansion initiatives, leadership appointments and product roadmap decisions are designed to strengthen its technical, operational and relationship-driven advantages, enabling sustained high-margin growth in the evolving artificial intelligence ecosystem.
